We do free worldwide shipping using EMS or DHL as our shipping methods.

Please note that our prices do not include duties & taxes. Duties are set by the destination country/province's customs authorities. Please directly ask to the custom of your province/country for the duty.

We are unable to accept cancellations or to make any changes after you placing an order. We require 4% handling fee if you wish to cancel/make a change on your order because of the your personal preferences.

Returning an item is possible only in the following cases:
・you have received a faulty or defective item.
・you have received an item different from the one you ordered.

An item can’t be refunded if any of the following conditions apply:
・has been kept for more than 2 days after being delivered
・it has been worn, washed, or its condition has been altered in any way or missing an accessory it came with
・it has been sent back to us without prior notice
・The tag attached to the item has been cut off.
